Riders can choose from many different options to pay for their fare: from bank cards and Apple Pay, to adding cash to their transit accounts to ‘tap and ride’ with a smartcard or their mobile phone. They can also choose to buy their tickets in a number of popular mobility apps such as Transit app, Uber, Moovit and Lyft.

Justride provides low-cost retail network solutions. This allows riders to visit local retailers to add cash to their accounts for travel. Justride also delivers a low-cost Transit Center/Ticket Office portal and API integration into Ticket Vending Machines and Fareboxes so riders can add funds to their accounts using cash or card.

With fare capping, all passengers – including those who prefer or can only afford to ‘pay as they go’ – get automatic access to the best fares based on how much they ride/spend over periods of time. Contactless and speedy boarding

Riders have the option to have a fully contactless payment and boarding experience. From purchasing the ticket to paying for it and activating it for the ride, riders can use the contactless validator onboard the bus and whatever is already in their pockets: mobile phone, transit smartcard, or wireless bank card.

Contactless Payments (cEMV) Enabled

cEMV allows riders to use their contactless bank cards to travel on public transport by simply tapping their card on the validators onboard the bus. There is no need to get a ticket before traveling which increases convenience and is great for first-time users of the transit network.
